ne of the highest grossing films in the 2004 Metro Manila Film Festival was Enteng Kabisote: Okay Ka Fairy Ko, The Legend . It was such a big hit that it garnered the award MMFF Blockbuster Movie, as well as Best in Make-Up. It also received the accolades Best Screenplay Adaptation and Best Special Effects from the Entertainment Press Society.
A spin-off of the classic TV sitcom Okay Ka Fairy Ko , the film showcases comedian extraordinaire Vic Sotto as he reprises his TV role as Enteng – a mortal who fell in love with a fairy princess who came from the magical world Engkantasya. Playing the role of his fairy wife Faye and paired with him for the first time is Kristine Hermosa. Also in the film is G Toengi as Enteng's meddling mother-in-law Ina Magenta, the role originally played by the late great Charito Solis.
In the movie, the usually peaceful world of the Kabisotes is plagued by evil when villainess and Queen of Kadiliman Satana (played by Bing Loyzaga) wreaks havoc on the family when her original plans of destroying the earth was thwarted by Ina Magenta and her armor fairies. Turning her ire on Enteng and his family, Satana sends her henchman Itim (played by Michael V) to spy on Enteng and Faye. However, due to the family's good graces towards him, Itim eventually sided with the Kabisotes, deceiving Satana in the process. This led Satana to fury and drove her to come to earth and finish the job herself.
The story is filled with never-ending twists and turns making Enteng Kabisote: Okay Ka Fairy Ko, The Legend the ultimate family adventure. Of course, it is also filled with lots of with and humor as all Vic Sotto films are known for.
