We FHM dunderheads get ecstatic each day as more and more missus of the motherland find it liberating to strip off the Maria Clara decorative stereotype and trade the saya for a string bikini.

It wasn't too long ago when our honeys walked the streets dressed up like colored cocoons with fans covering their faces, stayed in-house to chat about the newest embroidery techniques, and did the distasteful family laundry. Now, more of our great-bodied lasses are walking out of their houses, strutting around, showing the world what they have to offer. They're all over man's land.

A fine example of such red flag-and bolo-carrying revolutionary is the luscious Jennifer Bacani, our bikini model extraordinaire and budding Viva Entertainment talent. This honey's not afraid to raise her first for the fight towards gender parity. And on top of her list of recommendations for women: two-timing.

“Madalas kasing yung babae ang nasasaktan,” says Jennifer. “Ang mga lalaki kasi, ang dali lang maka-recover kapag nasaktan. Rather than maranasan ng girls yung sakit, they should be enjoying themselves.”

We spotted you at the FHM Girls Next Door party doing body shots on stage for the Jag contest. Mind giving us your side of the story?

Yung sa Jag, teasers yun eh so we did some body shots. May game kasi. The guy poured tequila on my upper boobs. Ako rin, sa chest niya. Ha ha ha! Kaya siguro hindi kami nanalo. Hindi ko rin siya type, eh. And I have a boyfriend.

He must have turned red when he found out what you did.

Hindi siya nagselos kasi hindi naman niya nalaman. Ha ha ha! He knows that I do fashion shows regularly, but I don't reveal all the details. Ayoko kasing mag-explain. Hindi naman niya tinatanong kung anong ginawa ko roon. I just tell him kung anong gusto kong sabihin.

So what do you do with the flock of guys who are waiting for you to be single?

Hindi ko pinapansin yung guys na hindi ko type. And I tell them na may boyfriend ako. Well, hindi naman ako nababakante.

Never?

The longest na wala akong boyfriend is one week. Simula nung 15 ako, may boyfriend na ako. Tapos yung pinakamatagal na is two years. Madali lang akong magka-boyfriend. If I know na magbe-break na kami nung isa, laging may nakaabang na. actually hanggang tatlong boyfriends kaya kong i-manage. Basta kung sino ang nariyan. Magaling akong magtago.

And we have to commend your time management skills.

Sa seven days, two days each for each guy. For men naman kasi, kahit once a week lang nila makita ang girlfriend nila, okay lang.

I would recommend it sa mga babae. May mawala man, may kapalit pa rin. Feeling ko kasi lugi ang mga babae. Babae ka na nga, lolokohin ka pa. unfair eh.

What's the common denominator of all them men?

Yung attitude. Gusto ko kasi yung sweet, honest, responsible. Yung mapagkakatiwalaan ko siyempre. Iba-iba yung sa looks. Pero madalas, mapuputi sila. And I'm attracted to older men. I want someone mature. Yung kaya akong i-handle.

Could you be that hard to handle?

Hindi naman talaga. But I tend to be very moody at times. When you're a moody person kasi, it's hard to find someone who will understand you.

How moody can you be?

May times na sobrang kulit ako, seryoso, and there are times naman na sobrang tamad ko. Gusto ko kasi matutulog ako, matutulod din yung partner ko. If feel ko naman mangulit, gusto ko makulit din siya. Ganun ako. Mahirap yun kaya gusto ko mature na guy. Kapag ka-age ko, moody din madalas.

So tell us your runway story.

Nag-start akong mag-model when I was in first year college. I stopped, then I was introduced to someone who manages bikinis talents. Nanibago nga ako when I first entered the industry pero mabilis naman akong mag-adjust in any environment so that's fine.

Have you always wanted to strut your stuff?

Bata pa ako, mahilig na akong magsuot ng high heels at maglalalakad. Nanakawin ko yung heels ng nanay ko tapos kumekembot-kembot ako sa harap ng salamin. Mahilig akong tumingin sa salamin. Tapos kakausapin ko yung sarili ko tapos ngingiti-ngiti. Weird nga raw, eh. Iiyak ako or tatawa. Kakanood ko siguro ng TV. Ha ha ha!

You still get the jitters when the show starts?

Makulit at maingay ako before a show. Ayoko nung kinakabahan. Ayoko ng tension. Hanggang kaya kong mangulit, mangungulit ako. Hinaharot ko yung mga kasama kong models. Hinihipuan ko sila tapos magtitilian na sila. Tapos pag start na, maingay na kaming lahat.

What's hard about being in your business?

Hindi maiiwasan na mabastos ako. There are people na mababa ang tingin sa industry. Ayoko sa lahat yung wala akong ginagawang masama tapos they're bringing me down kahit hindi nila ako kilala. Malinis ang ginagawa namin pero pangit ang sinasabi nila. Dapat kilalanin muna nila kami bago sila mag-judge.

If you weren't hitting the ramp, what would you be doing?

Siguro architect ako. Mahilig kasi akong magplano ng mga bahay. Yung mukhang Barbie dollhouse. Yun ang gusto kong i-drawing. Kung magkakabahay ako, gusto ko mukhang Barbie dollhouse. Pink! Ha ha ha!

What do you like to dream about?

Boys and girls.

Is that a glimpse of latent bi-curiosity we detect?

May times na mas naa-attract ako sa babae. Gusto ko yung mapuputi, and who have long hair. Noong high school ako, parang lesbian ako. Nabarkada ako sa mga butch. At ako yung lalaki sa mga relasyon.

And women are a staple in fantasyland!

May sexual fantasy ako about girls. Yung girl-to-girl. Hindi ko pa nagagawa yun kasi natatakot ako. Kapag nanonood ako ng porn, gusto ko girl-on-girl. Mas natu-turn on ako.

What are you like when you're with your babe-crushes?

Hindi ko kinukulit yung mga type ko. May time na may nakasama akong mag-model. Ang ganda niya at ang sexy. Tinititigan ko lang siya. Hindi ko siya pinapansin at kinakausap.

Have you been in love with a woman before?

Yes. May sinabihan na rin akong girls na crush ko sila.

And their reaction?

Tinawanan lang nila ako. Hindi sila naniniwala sa akin. Pero I never pursued anyone.

At the beach or in a swimming pool. Basta may tubig dahil mahilig akong mag-swimming.
