as Rica Peralejo found a new boyfriend in the person of Rivermaya's Mark Escueta?
 
Rica is not part of the cast of the independent film, "Nasaan si Francis?" but she was seen at its press preview at The Podium early this week and she was in the company of Mark (Danica Sotto's ex-boyfriend) who attended the preview to support his colleague Rico Blanco who is debuting in the movie as an actor.
 
Rica would neither deny nor confirm that she's dating the Rivermaya member. The former sexy star has long been separated from her singer-actor boyfriend, Bernard Palanca who, like her, has moved on.

Singer-actress Jean Garcia returns to her original home studio, GMA-7.
 
For several years now, Jean has been identified with ABS-CBN where she did a couple of drama series, including the  hit teleserye, "Pangako sa 'Yo." She was also part of the recently-concluded drama series, "Kampanerang Kuba." But since there's no new offer from ABS-CBN, she accepted the offer of GMA-7 to be part of a new TV fantasy series, "Mahika," topbilled by Angel Locsin and Dennis Trillo and directed by Mark Reyes and Erik Quizon.
 
Jean started her singing and TV career on GMA as one of the teen members of the now-defunct "That's Entertainment," and later, on "GMA Supershow," both hosted by German Moreno.  
 
"Wala namang problema sa akin kahit saang network ako magtrabaho," she says. "Naging maganda rin naman ang working relationship ko with ABS-CBN."

Upcoming singer Jennifer Bautista admits that she went out of tune in the last part of "Lupang Hinirang" while singing the Philippine National Anthem before the boxing rematch of Manny Pacquiao and Mexico's Erik Morales in Las Vegas, Nevada last January 21. In fact,  she had apologized for that.   

Now, that part of the song (where she went off key) is being used as ringtones by a lot of cellphone users but Jennifer  is not bothered, nor proud about it.  
 
"Ang importante, naroon ako bilang kinatawan ng Pilipinas at isang malaking honor ang mapasama sa ganoong kalaking event," she says.

Angel Locsin dispels rumors that her boyfriend, Oyo Boy Sotto is meddling in her showbiz career. "Hindi po totoo 'yon. In the first place, artista din po si Oyo at naiintindihan niya ang trabaho ko ganoon din naman ako sa kanya. "
 
Meanwhile, at the final presscon for "I Will Always Love You," Angel's leading man, Richard Gutierrez admitted to the press that he did court Angel. But the young actress was already committed to Oyo Boy at that time. "Hindi man naging kami, wala namang nabago sa aming pagkakaibigan," says Richard who has  a non-showbiz girlfriend, Georgina Wilson.

Paolo Contis and Isabel Oli  consistently deny that they are now an item. The two arrived together at the thanksgiving party for "Sugo" (which will finally ends on February 10). Paolo was even carrying with him Isabel's pet dog.
 
But people close to both Paolo and Isabel swear that there is something special going on between the two. Paolo is loveless after he broke up with Desiree del Valle while Isabel denied that Marco Alcaraz was her boyfriend. "Naawa nga ako kay Marco dahil kung anu-ano ang ibinibintang sa kanya na hindi naman totoo. No, it's not true na naging kami," says Isabel.
 
Meanwhile, she says she will surely miss her  "Sugo" co-stars. "We're like a family sa taping. I'm sure, hahanap-hanapin namin ang taping namin together," she adds.

Master of Disguise, Michael V. is on the loose again trying to victimize someone for his "Yari Ka" portion of "Bitoy's Funniest Videos." He disguises as a taxi driver with his passengers as his new 'victims' in "Yari Ka!". Will the passengers notice that the taxi driver was an impostor? Funny tagalized scenes from " America 's Funniest Videos" will also be shown plus other segments like "AKMU and J4K. "Bitoy's Funniest Videos" remains as one of the consistent top-raters of GMA-7.
